COPELAND DISTILLERY

A LARGE NAUTICAL MURAL TO COMPLIMENT THE NEW IDENTITY I CREATED FOR COPELAND DISTILLERY.

I partnered with Copeland, an Irish Distillery to create a series of hand drawn illustrations that embodied the rebellious, seaside spirit of the brand. These illustrations span across their rum labels, merchandise and promotional truck, and now include a large scale illustration that spans the width of the coffee shop area of the distillery.
The mural includes elements taken from the existing label design in a seaside scene which includes the iconic local lighthouse.

The piece took a total of three days and was hand drawn, then painted with a mixture of acrylic paint and posca pens.
A 6m long rope stretches across the length of a dividing beam in the cafe and text can be seen overhead as you enter.
