lululemon

To celebrate the opening of the Spitalfield's branch of Lululemon, I was commissioned to create a large scale painting that was to be completed in the window of the store over the course of the opening day.

The brief was loose and I was given free rein with the concept and composition; choosing to centre the design around a text from their manifesto - "Do one thing a day that scares you.” I took other visual queues from the brand aesthetic, using a flowers interspersed between areas of abstract pattern that played homage to their most recent range of workout gear.
The piece was 4m long and took 10 hours to complete in a single day.
